Team Training

RedRock team effectiveness workshops help teams, individuals and organizations create visions, achieve business results, communicate effectively, influence decisions, manage change, build strategies for success, and generate an understanding of positive behavioral outcomes. They are custom designed to meet the desired results and outcomes of the group, vary from two to eight hours in length, and explore learning objectives such as communication effectiveness, change management, leadership skills development and decision-making.

One example is the Team Training with Insights session, which enables team members to measure the performance of the team against 16 core capabilities and critical success factors. Mapping these findings with the 'team personality' can provide rich information to ensure that the human dynamic and the achievement of team objectives can be maximized over time.
