The name RedRock was inspired by the symbolic and geographic heart of our founder's homeland... Ayers Rock (Uluru). The concept of connecting with a core knowledge and understanding of ourselves, our organizations and our community is at the center of RedRock's work. Effective leadership comes from being aware of your core values and vision, and behaving in a way that positively influences others and inspires the results you envision.
To access this core knowing, much of our consulting, coaching, and training work facilitates storytelling. While storytelling involves words and images, the most powerful element is action. The way you approach your job and day-to-day life, or the way your team functions, can be the most telling aspects of your story. Through one-on-one or group dialogues and personal and professional assessment and feedback processes, we can help you see the story you've been living and discover ways to create new stories of success.
